Sugar Sweet Farm is a family-run organic hobby farm in Encinitas, California. We specialize in making magical memories for families while connecting children with animals, their food, and the earth. Amazing things happen every day at Sugar Sweet Farm and you can be part of the magic by joining one of our Goat Yoga Events, booking a Private Family Farm Tour, or even signing your child up for one of our Farm Camp programs. We are currently suspending our farm programming while we complete some construction projects and improvements at the farm, but please reach out if you want to connect. Visits are by appointment only.
Private Family Tours
Enjoy a private tour of the farm with your family. Our farm visits are educational, fun, and hands-on. Children and adults enjoy interactive time in the barnyard surrounded by animals including llamas, goats, miniature sheep, miniature horses, a miniature donkey, a miniature potbellied pig, rabbits, and chickens.
Camps
Experience a day on the farm. Campers grow, learn and play through creative, hands-on projects, hikes with llamas, donkey cart rides, crafts, games, gardening, interacting with and caring for the animals, gathering eggs, swimming and much more. We love sharing our passion for nature, animals and farming with children.

Dear Elizabeth and the entire Sugar Sweet Farm Team,
As the summer draws to a close I want to express my sincere gratitude for each and every one of you.

Earlier in the summer, I wrote a note to Elizabeth to share how impressed I was by everything and that sentiment has not changed. As a camp director myself, I know how hard it is to maintain enthusiasm through the end of the summer; I know how hard it is to stick to the standards set on day 1. You did it!!
You were organized, friendly, and hard-working. You had energy from the start of the day through the end of the day, and you never looked tired, annoyed, or like you wanted to be anywhere else. You didn’t have cell phones!! What a wonderful site!!!
